1. Definitions
- “Company” refers to Hold Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 96 109 935 891), including its registered business names Amber Resolve (AR), Genesis Novel Pastures and Agricultural (GNPA), and Australian Advocacy Group (AAG).
- “Client” means any individual, organisation, or entity engaging with the Company’s products, services, or communications.
- “Services” refers to all professional activities conducted by the Company, including agricultural, environmental, technological, advocacy, and certification services.
2. General Terms of Operation
Hold Technologies Pty Ltd operates across several divisions and registered business names providing:
- Organic and regenerative property management and certification services
- Agricultural innovation and sustainable farming solutions
- Environmental and ecosystem restoration services
- Producer-led programs and research partnerships
- Policy advocacy and community consultation
- Technology development and data-driven agricultural solutions
By engaging with any of the Company’s entities, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Compliance and Ethics
The Company is committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and compliance with all applicable Commonwealth and Queensland legislation, including but not limited to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and relevant Biosecurity and Environmental Protection laws.
The Company upholds ethical business practices that promote fairness, accountability, and environmental stewardship across all services.
4. Privacy Statement
The Company respects and protects the privacy of all individuals and businesses it interacts with.
4.1 Collection of Personal Information
We collect personal information only where necessary to deliver our services effectively. This may include:
- Contact details (name, address, email, phone)
- Property, business, or land management information relevant to service delivery
- Environmental and certification data
- Financial details for billing and administration
- Correspondence records (emails, reports, agreements, or forms).
4.2 Use of Information
Personal information is used for:
- Delivering services, certifications, and operational support
- Conducting research, analysis, and development projects
- Facilitating partnerships or producer-led programs
- Administrative, regulatory, or compliance purposes
- Marketing, with the Client’s consent.
4.3 Data Security
We apply industry-standard digital and physical safeguards, including encrypted storage, access controls, and secure disposal of outdated records.
4.4 Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company will not sell or rent any personal or confidential information.
Information may be shared only:
- Where required by law or regulation
- With accredited partners, contractors, or certification bodies, under confidentiality agreements
- With the Client’s express consent.
4.5 Access and Correction
Clients can request access to, or correction of, personal information by contacting the Company at:

4.6 Retention and Deletion
Information is retained only for as long as required for service delivery, certification integrity, or legal compliance. Once no longer required, records are securely deleted or anonymised.
5. Intellectual Property
All research data, software, training materials, certification methodologies, and documentation produced by or for the Company remain the intellectual property of Hold Technologies Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce or distribute materials without written consent.
6. Certification Integrity
When providing certification or property management services, Clients must ensure:
- Accuracy and honesty in the information provided
- Compliance with relevant organic, regenerative, or sustainability standards
- Cooperation during inspections, audits, or reviews.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke certification in cases of misrepresentation or non-compliance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services or materials, unless caused by negligence or breach of statutory duty.
Nothing in these Terms limits the Client’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect and not disclose confidential or commercially sensitive information shared during the course of their engagement, except as required by law or mutual agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation or mediation in Queensland.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
