Yesterday a private property owner was arrested and charged with obstructing Police while trying to prevent toxic chemicals being distributed on her private property. It is easier, more efficent (for them), to charge her under the Criminal Act rather than try and proove that a person ‘reasonable excuse’ under section 336 of the civil Biosecurity Act 2014 (QLD) is not reasonable, essentially weaponising Biosecurity.
The decision makers and the implementation teams of the NFAEP have had suggestions that they are in breach of the Criminal Code Act including fraud, that fire ant eradication is possible, trespass, abuse of office, refusal by public officer to perform duty, disobedience to statute law, duty of person who has care of child, and negligent acts causing harm.
It is important to know this poor lady that was arrested, dragged off her private property, hand cuffed, humiliated and made to watch as her property was treated with poisonous toxic chemicals, was not campaigning against the NFAEP, part of our movement or even knew of our campaign. She just instinctively knew that she didn’t want the toxic chemcials distributed on her private property, where her animals grazed, and no fire ants were evident. It was just a coincidencethat Sarah Mc was their to film the horrible event.
The NFAEP has been likened to a criminal Mafia Cartel and is steadfast in acting to distribute these toxic chemcials, under the false claim of biosecurity emergency, and protection of cabinet in confidence arrangement, regardless of anything.
The NFAEP are denying due process, right of appeal, judicial hearings and accept no resonable excuse, including medical certificates from practicing GP’s, to deny access and distribution of toxic chemcials on private property. They use a draconian, heavy handed approach and do not consider individual circumstance or the harm they are casuing humans, environment, local eco-systems, livestock, pets or wildlife in their relentless pursuit.
We MUST set our own KPI’s to end this lunacy.
- To find anyone issued with a notice and have an objection and removal of consent initiated using a verifiable process including witnesses, registered mail and email.
- Get as many people signed up to Advocacy through AAG with signed Service Agreements.
- Raise 100% community awareness about the current NFAEP strategy.
We can still initiate change with passion and PEOPLE POWER. Let’s use this example that the NFAEP is a brutal department with no empathy or regard to human feelings and ‘weaponise’ their own brutality against them through expossure and truth.
The NFAEP are causing Harm.
