On the 16 April 2025, entry was forced onto my property to prophylacyically (where no evidence of fire ants exists) treat for fire ants using s-methoprene.

This resulted in me being charged with criminal offences of obstructing police. I have to go to court and defend these charges.

The strategy I believe the prosecution will use is to delay, delay, delay and delay to allow the NFAEP to continue as normal and keep spreading toxic poisons indiscriminately. To combat this I am going to finalise my defense and present it to court and prosecution prior to the court hearing on the 10 June 2025. Regardless, I feel the prosecution will delay presenting their brief of evidence and keep delaying as long as possible.

This is the evidence I am going to present to the court. I am publically posting this to allow you, the general public to be the judge, review all the evidence and let me know your thoughts. Perhaps you can provide some insights, assistance or just comment you thoughts. The idea is to take the stigma and scariness away from the process. This is a misdemeanour offence and hopefully only carries a couple hundred dollar fine (we will see how crazy this government has become and what crazy scheme they come up with to further discredit and silence me). I am pleading NOT guilty and will make them go to trial to find me guilty (if they can).

Roger Morris, who has never had prior official contact with me and who I met recently at Doc Dayman Steptoe’s property, sent me this email.

The attachment to this email was a Direction for Prevention and Control Program instructing me to pen my poultry. Ironically, I have no domestic poultry to pen.

This was the only contact or email about treatment on my property since I emailed the following on 10 July 2024, following the death of my second calf and the last treatment on my property on 23 March 2024:

Can you provides dates, chemicals involved and Material Safety Data etc. Used at 477 Gatton Esk Road and neighbouring properties?

APVMA require this information for correlation research on fireant treatment and negative impacts on my cattle, including the death of two calves.

In addition, Can you provide contact details on the people who managed the helicopter treatment in my area so I can also get some information of them?

Also, have you got any research or evidence that these treatments are safe?

Communications from qualified toxicologists and poison professionals indicate that these chemicals are capable of producing negative affects to calves throughout pregnancy development.

Due to ongoing exploration on this correlation between negative livestock affects and fireant treatments, I will not allow any more treatment on my land by use if reasonable clauses in the act.

Ironically, no reponse was ever recieved from this email and I was ghosted for over a months afterwards.

I got a phonecall from Roger on 15 April 2025, asking if I recieved the email. I answered I had, and asked him to call me when he got to my front gate the following day.

Here is some video footage from that day which will be submitted to court.

The first step I thought to take was to email the Officer in Charge (OIC) of the Gatton Police Station and place a complaint of assault on Sergeant Trudi Feldham. After futher discusion I also complained about the assault of Senior Constable Greg Wiley and finalised the casual emails into a formal offical letter.

Interesting, the matter was referred to the Professional Practice Manager of the Ethical Standards Command for investigation. There was a Crime and Corruption Commission (Queensland) complaint also submitted about the police with the intent of having it referred to Professional Practice Manager of the Ethical Standards Command for investigation but this was insequential as the OIC referred it himself.

Next step I thought to do was to ask the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions to use their discresion and withdraw the charges..

The matter had nothing to do with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and I was told to email Ipswich Police Prosecutions, so I did. To date I have recieved no response.

I have initiated other actions and avenues of attack but to focus on this court case I provide my current Affidavit. I hope to finalise this later in the week and submit all the documentation (including videos) to Ipswich Police Prosecutions and Gatton Magistrates Court by end of this week.

Well there it is. 50 pages of evidence to defend 2 x charges of obstructing police (less my medical certificates).

There is still more I can present should it go to trial, hopefully there is no need and the charges are withdrawn or dropped.
