Notice To Treat

On the 11 September 2025, ironically while I was actually treating fire ants in a heavily infested area, I recieved a text message from the National Fire Ant Eradication Program about fire ant treatment on my property.

Unbelievable considering they forced entry with police last time they were here on the 16 April 2025, causing injury to me requiring 5 stitches and that these incidents are still before the court. In addition, they haven’t responded to the CCC referral and are to respond to my original reasonable excuses.

I suspect this is a generic text that everyone gets in a treatment area as Jody, my partner, got one at the exactly the ame time and the NFAEP have never been givern her contact number.

So I followed the process which has been detailed for awhile now regarding notices and the official appeal process. Please note any notice from the NFAEP including the notices they put in your mail box should utilise this process.

I addressed the email to customercomplaints@dpi.qld.gov.au,
integrity.commissioner@integrity.qld.gov.au

and CC’ed in primaryindustries <primaryindustries@ministerial.qld.gov.au>,
Premier <premier@ministerial.qld.gov.au>,

If you follow this process please also CC or BCC in objections@aagpilot.com
